Please make sure to make a raw , unedited , uncliped video of opening the parcel and checking all the products to claim any damaged, missing or wrong product. We will consider that video as proof for the same. Please note We don’t consider pictures as proof.

We reship your order if you do not receive your order, for any reason. We cross check POD (proof of Delivery) from our courier partners for the same.
